IF THERE IS NO MONEY IN THE INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS If the total balance in the (5) FIVE investment accounts at the time member payments are to be made, then no payments shall be made to the member;

Will I, the paid client/member receive credit for the community service, I performed, which I have submitted written proof for?

The paid client/member  will receive credit for all community service which written proof was submitted and the paid client/member will not be responsible for  submitting proof of community, to be eligible to receive the next quarters   Paid client/member benefit payments toward the $50,000 guarantee;

If you were a paid client/member before January-1-2010,

and you submitted written proof of 20 hours of community service, according the terms, rules, conditions, then you do not have to submit proof of community service for the next quarter, to qualify for your member payment, from one of the five investment accounts;

PLEASE READ and Understand:

The party or individual designated by the terms of your divorce decree/or certified, asset allocation, issued by the divorce, shall receive payments from the Freemoney Family Organization;  If both parties are to receive payments, as stipulated by the court, then both[married] paid clients/member are responsible for complying with all rules, terms and conditions of the Freemoney Family Organization;

NO EXCEPTIONS:

All payments received during marriage, any legal separation, as well as, before and after proof[Divorce Decree and Certified, Asset allocation court documents] is received by the Freemoney Family Organization, shall count toward the $50,000 Lifetime Payment Guarantee Certificate/Offer, given to paid clients/members only;

VETERAN and MILITARY PAID CLIENTS/MEMBERS:

ACTIVE-DUTY MILITARY paid clients/members; who submit a client application for service, receive and pay for service, which qualifies them for membership and the $50,000 Lifetime Payment Guarantee Certificate are subject to the same rules, terms, conditions as all other paid client/members, with the following exceptions:

Single, Active-Duty Military, Married Active-Duty Military, Active-Reserve Military  shall be exempted from having to perform and submit proof of 20 hours of community service while on deployment in a war zone or area; These rules are applicable, to single income tax filers, married, filing jointly income tax filers, married, filing separately income tax filers;

Single, Active-Duty Military, Married Active-Duty Military, Active-Reserve Military  are only exempt or do not have to perform 20 hours of community service, during each 3 month, as designated by the Freemoney Family Organization, during times of war, while located in a war zone;…No EXCEPTIONS!

Veteran paid clients/members: are always required to perform and submit proof that the VETERAN has performed the 20 hour, per designated 3 month period, specified by the Freemoney Family Organization; NO EXCEPTIONS:

 

No right of survivorship: If paid client/member fails to provide proof of community service, at least one (1) time, all payments will stop, at the time of the official death, of the paid client/member; Even if total amount paid to the member was less than $50,000; No further payments will be made to any designated beneficiary, by the paid client/member!Applies only to the paid client/members, who became paid client/members after JANUARY-1-2010!

Paid Clients/Freemoney Family Members…
Who paid for service After JANUARY-1-2010:

All paid clients/members, who received a $50,000 Guarantee Lifetime Payment must comply with and follow all terms, rules, conditions listed for paid clients/members, who became paid client/members before JANUARY-1-2010, including the following:

PAID CLIENTS/MEMBERS who BECOME PAID CLIENT/MEMBERS AFTER JANUARY-1-2010,…..must perform 20 hours of community service, during the quarter or designated (3) three months and have proof submitted by the tax-exempt, IRS recognized organization [corporation], qualified charity or organization, by the date(s) stipulated in the rules, terms, conditions; NO EXCEPTIONS!

 If proof of community service is not received according to the rules, terms, conditions, stated by the Freemoney Family Organization, the paid client/member will not be eligible to receive any PAYMENTS TOWARD THE $50,000 GUARANTEE PAYMENT OFFER FROM THE FREEMONEY FAMILY ORGANIZATION.

Furthermore:

            Paid client/members will Have their membership/or $50,000 payment entitlement canceled, for each certificate in which they fail to fulfill their community service, [submit proof, by qualified organization, of 20 hours, every three months] 3 times, within the first (12) twelve month period, after becoming a paid client/member;

FEDERAL INCOME TAX paid client/members:

Prior Year Federal Income Tax Return Paid Client/Members:

Membership will be offered for or to paid clients/members who pay for the preparation of federal income tax returns, FROM prior income tax YEARS, WHICH ARE REQUIRED BY THE IRS to:

Claim a refund;

Meet or pay the paid client/members tax liability, for that tax year;

NO ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF $50,000 PAYMENT RIGHTS! 

PAID CLIENT/MEMBERS CANNOT ASSIGNMENT or transfer OF $50,000 PAYMENT LIFETIME GUARANTEE RIGHTS:  PAID CLIENTS/MEMBERS cannot assign or transfer their right to payments, due them, because of the $50,000 LIFETIME GUARANTEE, from the Freemoney Family Organization;

PAID CLIENT/MEMBERS who use their $50,000 Certificate as an asset or collateral, when securing a loan or paying any debt or obligation, cannot transfer the rights or payment guarantee’s to any third-party. NO EXCEPTION!

                                                            EXCEPTION: Two (2) exceptions:

#1   If paid client/members paid to have their income tax return, prepared and filed and their filing status was married, filing jointly, then, at anytime while payments are being made, one married spouse can assign or transfer to another spouse, the right and or payments their paid client/member status entitled them to, together.

#2   If a married couple or persons who have declared themselves legally married, become paid client/members and both people are listed as parties entitled to service, at the same time, upon legal separation of legal divorce and or divorce decree, one of the paid client/members can assign his or her rights,[to membership benefits and payments] to the other former spouse or partner, with whom they are listed as membership certificate.

These are the rules/or terms for all potential scholarship recipient/or those individuals who wish to receive a scholarship paid, sponsored/or offered by the Freemoney Family Organization, as well as, its subsidiaries/or affiliated company’s[Freemoney Family Tax Service, Freemoney Family Realty, Freemoney Family Magazine, Freemoney Family Workshops [(4 workshop attendee’s)]

All recipients must/or will be:

Members of the Freemoney Family Organization;

Dependents of members of the Freemoney Family Organization;

Must have either paid all fee’s/or commissions required/or charged by the Freemoney Family Organization:

 

INCOME TAX CLIENTS/ PAID FEE’S MEMBERS:

To have their current year/or prior year income tax return Prepared by a Freemoney Family Tax Specialist;

 

REAL ESTATE CLIENTS/PAID FEE’S/or COMMISSION CLIENTS/MEMBERS:

All fee’s/or commission must have been received/or paid to the Freemoney Family Organization for REAL ESTATE related services[excluding only attending of 3 Real Estate Workshops] if you or your dependent wishes to be considered as a candidate for a scholarship sponsored/offered by the Freemoney Family Organization all FEE’S/or COMMISSIONs, for Service, must be received

Fee’s/or Commissions must be received from the following:

RENTER’S…..commission/or fee’s charged by the Freemoney Family Organization and either paid by your LANDLORD, PROPERTY OWNER or you to help you locate, negotiate a rental lease;

Home-buyers….commission/or fee’s charged by the Freemoney Family Organization and either paid by the SELLER, Prior-PROPERTY OWNER or you, to help you[HOME-BUYER] locate, negotiate the purchase of a home[includes town-home, condominium, duplex, apartment complex]

 

HOME-SELLER’S….. commission/or fee’s charged by the Freemoney Family Organization, as stipulated in the TREC contract and either paid by the SELLER, [the Prior-PROPERTY OWNER] the buyer , to help you[HOME-SELLER] locate willing buyer, negotiate the purchase of a your home[includes town-home, condominium, duplex, apartment complex] by a willing buyer

 

ADVERTISING CLIENTS..PAID CLIENTS/MEMBERS: commission/or fee’s charged by the Freemoney Family Organization, for the right to advertising your business, product or service, in Freemoney Family Magazine, Freemoney Family Business Reference Guide or during Freemoney Family Organization Sponsored Workshops conducted on Freemoney Family Organization premises or by a paid representative of the Freemoney Family Organization, who was specifically designated by the Freemoney Family Organization or Averitt Freemoney Phillips to do so, must be paid, at the time they were charged/or due, as stipulated by the Freemoney Family Organization Advertising Client Contract and either paid by the CLIENT or the ADVERTISING CLIENTS REPRESENTATIVE;

ALL SCHOLARSHIPS CANDIDATES and potential RECIPIENTS MUST:

Submit the required application;

Have applied to and been accepted to a college, university or training beyond the secondary or high school level;

Candidate/or Recipient must be attending an accredited college, university, trade-school, which awards its attendee’s diploma’s at the end of training;

Reference(s) from the sponsoring paid client/member(S);

Be willing to perform community service or have performed the required community service;

 

Be willing to meet with a Freemoney Family Representative or someone appointed by the Freemoney Family Organization , who shall serve as a MENTOR, at their school or home, on predetermined dates/or appointments to:

 Discuss the scholarship recipients goals/or current progress toward goals;

Future financial needs, which is/are needed to complete/or achieve the scholarship recipients goals;

Be willing to participate in PAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS, sponsored by the Freemoney Family Organization, which should expose, hone advance the scholarship recipient’s skills, in the scholarship recipients chosen field of interest;

 

Freemoney Family Community Service-Barter-Fundraising Program!

 

BARTER PROGRAM:

The all paid client/members can utilize the Freemoney Family Organization Barter Program to satisfy their community service requirement.

Individuals, married, single, if they participate in the Freemoney Family Barter Program:

 ALL BARTERING MUST BE APPROVED by the Freemoney Family Organization, and must be performed at the location of a CORPORATE, PARTNERSHIP, NON-PROFIT paid client/member:

 ALL Individuals, married, single paid client/members may receive, as much as, 40 hours of community service credit, each calendar year. [between JAN-1-DEC-31]

ALL Individuals, married, single paid client/members may receive credit for only 40 hours, per/or each calendar year;

Referral Fee:

Payment made to an individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school, college, university], investor or investment club for directing, recommending, or mentioning the services of the Freemoney Family Organization or its respective entities; The  individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school, college, university], investor or investment club must pay for service and confirm that the individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school, college, university], investor or investment club referred, directed, or recommended, the use of the services or products of the Freemoney Family Organization.

Day in which all members of record will be authorized to receive payments toward the $50,000 Minimum Membership Guarantee Certificate given to them because they were paid clients of:

                        Freemoney Family Workshops

and meet all fee or commission payment requirements, as stipulated by the Freemoney Family Organization, as well as, its respective entities.
      OFFICIAL DATES:

        December 1 of each year

        MARCH 1 of each year

        JUNE 1 of each year

        SEPTEMBER 1 of each year


Community service:
Time [20 hours per month required of all members or 20% of their member payment will be forfeited] committed by an official member at an organization or an organizations entity, which is recognized as a non-profit, by the Internal Revenue Service;

Client is defined as the following:
Any individual, entity, for-profit or non-profit who pays a preset/or predetermined amount, to a representative or employee of the Freemoney Family Organization an agreed upon amount, either by way /or thru money or barter [goods or service] as stipulated by the official pricing policy of the Freemoney Family Organization for:

Member is defined as the following:

Freemoney Family Tax Service Member:

A Freemoney Family Income tax Client is/or consist of the name or names of the person, individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school, college, university], investor or investment club, who is listed on the income tax return, prepared by a Freemoney Family Tax Specialist:  offered membership, only becomes a member after payment of any/or all fee’s associated with and required by Freemoney Family Tax Service, for the preparation of the income tax return for the current tax year;  


 Past year income tax returns…Clients who want to become members:

EXCEPTIONS are made and membership is/or will be granted to those clients who pay the current year’s tax preparation fee’s, for income tax returns prepared, which are not current year income tax returns and therefore, usually are prepared at a discounted price.

 

 Freemoney Family Realty Member:

A Freemoney Family Realty client  only becomes a member after payment of any/or all fee’s or commission  associated with and required by Freemoney Family Realty to represent any individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school,college,university], investor or investment club in the completion of a real estate transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the in a listing agreement or rental agreement signed by the Freemoney Family Realty representative and the [client] individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school, college, university], investor or investment club.

RENTAL CLIENTS please read:

RENTAL clients/Members if your LANDLORD or the individual, corporation or non-profit from which you choose to rent living quarters from does not pay the Freemoney Family Organization a FINDERS FEE, you[the RENTAL CLIENT] have the option of paying the fee, which will be 100% of your first months rent, within 30 days after moving into any apartment, house, condo or townhouse a Freemoney Family Realtor[Averitt Freemoney Phillips

A Freemoney Family Business Reference Guide advertising client only becomes a member after payment of  all and acceptance of  fees associated with and required by Freemoney Family Business Reference and the Freemoney Family Organization to advertise the products or services of any individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school, college,university], investor or investment club;

 

Freemoney Family Workshops Member:

A Freemoney Family WORKSHOP client only becomes a member after payment of and for   FOUR WORKSHOPs, which are attended by the individual, partnership, corporation, non-profit[church, charity, school, college,university], investor or investment club or authorized;

 

Members, your membership can/or will be terminated:

Members, you can be/or will be terminated if is found that you have willingly provided false/or misleading representation, to a representative of the Freemoney Family Organization or any of its representatives. 

 

Member your membership can be/or will be terminated if your membership is based on  breach of legal rules or laws, which govern the particular contractual relationship, in the state, county, country, which the member has entered into with a Freemoney Family Organization service-provider.

 

Any member can terminate their respective membership at anytime; However, willful termination of membership, by any member will cause all payments/or benefits to cease the day of termination; It will be the responsibility of the member to forward/or return Any payments received by the member after termination, to the Freemoney Family Organization, within 30 business days of receipt of said payments.
